Delete your account in the app

• Open Treelume and sign in.
• Tap the profile icon (top-right) to open your account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

This is immediate and permanent. It erases your account, your family tree (people, relationships, unions), your uploaded photos, and your memberships in shared trees.

If you can't open the app

Email [email protected] from your account email and ask us to delete your account. We remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, sign-in identifiers).
• Your family tree: people, dates, relationships, notes.
• Photos you uploaded.
• Your memberships in shared trees.

Short-lived operational logs and off-site backups are purged on their normal rotation. See the Privacy Policy for details.
